JeffBet Betting Markets

JeffBet offers a wide variety of betting markets. For football, there are easily over 100 markets for a televised match. Having this much choice helps you put a lot of thought into what bets you want to place.

Looking closer into football, the sportsbook covers all major leagues and tournaments. You can find the most popular leagues, such as the Premier League and La Liga. Through to competitions across the world from the Americas through to Australasia.

If football isn't your thing, there are plenty more sports for you to choose from. One of JeffBet's strongest markets is Tennis. They offer roughly 54 markets per event, which is competitive compared to some of the big brands. This makes JeffBet more interesting for Tennis bettors as it may be easier to find good value odds. Tennis can be difficult to find good prices for due to lack of selections paired with one-sided matches.

If you like Rugby League, they have plenty of NRL markets available days before kick-off, with Super League markets becoming available nearer to match day. For Horse Racing you will only be able to find ante-post markets for the big meets. Examples being Royal Ascot, Cheltehnam Festival and the Grand National.

JeffBet In-Play Betting and Live Streaming Experience

JeffBet offer some good H2H stats along with in-play statistics for many team sports. This feature is particularly helpful if you cannot watch an event that you are betting on. If you are in the mood to place a bet, but are not sure what to bet on, click 'Live Calendar' to see all live events.

Depending on the event, you can get over 300 different markets to choose from. If that isn't going to keep you engaged during a live match, we're not sure what will!

As for live streaming, this is not currently a feature that is available on JeffBet. However, this could change in the future.

JeffBet Sportsbook User-Friendliness

The site has a lovely clean look, it has a very simple interface which will help make newbie bettors feel more at ease. In terms of navigation, browsing markets can be more confusing than other sportsbooks. For example, if you are trying to create a bet builder, it doesn't always accept your selections. The signposting and terminology can be confusing for a UK audience too. Due to this, someone new to betting may struggle to understand some of the features.

The mobile site also looks quite clean at first glance. It seems easy enough to navigate through the markets and search for the sports you want. One issue is that if you add more than one selection, sometimes the top selection is not visible on the betslip. This can cause some frustration if you are betting with restricted time.

One great thing about JeffBet is that there are a variety of different payment methods. Over time, a lot of sportsbooks have become stricter with how people can deposit funds into their accounts. JeffBet are one of the few that can still give you the option to deposit and withdraw via numerous different methods. Just be careful to check the terms and conditions on any promotions as deposit methods can affect your eligibility.

Customer Service

JeffBet claim to offer 24/7 customer support. Using the help centre, you can search for the query you have. There is an abundance of frequently asked questions listed in this section, this should settle any common queries. This Help Centre also has plenty of 'how to' guides to assist you.

If you are struggling to get your answer in the Help Centre, you can contact their support team on the following email address:

For Live Chat, you will need to use mobile web. If you log in on the mobile site you will see a green chat bubble in the bottom right hand corner. If you click on that, you will go through to a chat bot. If the chat bot cannot resolve your query you can then speak to an agent.

JeffBet Safety and Privacy Policy

As technology advances, its never been more important to be aware of safety and privacy policies when using the internet.

There are a number of strict requirements a regulated bookmaker must meet in order to ensure play safety comes first. If the bookmaker fails to protect a players data, they can face huge fines from the Gambling Commission, and in worse cases they can be shut down. Luckily, JeffBet takes player safety very seriously and their policies can be found here.

In short, JeffBet (ProgressPlay) has stated that they only use your data for cases such as account verification, AML queries and prevention of identity theft. All personal data is handled in compliance with GDPR guidelines.

Summary of JeffBet

Whilst it is not the most advanced of sportsbooks, JeffBet is still new and has a lot of potential. If you are new to sports betting it could be a great starting point, depending on what sports you like.

For people who are more experienced punters, you may also find JeffBet interesting if you like to bet on Football or Tennis. Many brands struggled to cling on to their tennis bettors when the government banned VIP programmes in the UK. There were a few of the high street brands that never improved their products or market offerings, meaning many tennis punters left them. JeffBet do put this effort in, so if tennis is your thing, it is worth a go!

In addition to this, JeffBet offer 'Free Bet Monday' where if you Bet £50 you get a £20 free bet. This is a great incentive for those who like to place larger stakes. Where JeffBet lacks in certain product areas, it makes up for it in strong promotions.
